This role requires digital campaign execution, tracking results and reporting performance and insights to meet each client’s unique goals and KPIs.  A qualified candidate will have experience executing campaigns that may include display, video and paid social media. This role will require communication and collaboration with internal teams as well as external vendors and clients.

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will...
 
  • Execute targeted digital and paid social campaigns for a variety of clients
  • Define KPIs and establish tracking strategy to support measurement
  • Suggest and implement campaign optimizations to ensure optimum performance
  • Review performance data to identify trends, insights and make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Document performance data and present findings to clients on calls or in person
  • Review vendor invoices to document spending and reconcile discrepancies
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings to provide project status
  • Maintain relevant certifications and professional development to stay informed about industry trends and cutting-edge innovation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience with digital & paid social campaign execution
  • Experience managing campaigns within Facebook Business Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate both internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
