We’re always looking for a better way—and that includes looking for talented people who share the same commitment. The Digital Media Specialist works with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, execute campaigns, and report insights on social platforms for a variety of clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of paid social media campaigns. ongoing optimization and reporting across multiple paid social platforms.
- Determine best strategy and campaign objectives to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) based on unique campaign goals.
- Ensure continuous campaign improvement through testing and optimization, capturing and analyzing the appropriate digital data/metrics.
- Document campaign performance metrics and present findings to clients on calls or in-person.
- Proactively monitor digital marketing trends to provide innovative solutions and new opportunities for clients.
- Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues with internal team and vendor representatives.
- Support new business development with relevant research and recommendations.
- Expand learning and continue professional development with workshops, webinars, industry certifications, etc.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally through a collaborative style, being solutions-oriented and forward focused.
- Serve as a positive role model by representing SA’s desired culture of respectful collaboration.
- Understands how paid social media drives results within an integrated media campaign
- Experience creating and monitoring paid social campaigns on various social platforms:
- Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Experience accessing reports and reviewing performance metrics on various social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and build relationships both internally and externally.
- Self-starter with strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a desire to deliver quality work.
- Must be able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or other related field required.
Minimum Salary Range
$45,000.00
Maximum Salary Range
$70,000.00
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
