This role is client-specific, available to accomplish multiple agency functions to offer support for seamless and successful project delivery. As a Client Coordinator, you will...
- Takes responsibility of projects by supporting day-to-day operations of assigned client projects.
- Keeps accurate and up-to-date notes regarding all client communication.
- Learn and work confidentially in agency tools such as Metis and Workfront to manage and monitor assigned projects.
- Understand and follow all agency procedures for assigned client.
- Assists and develops schedules and completes timelines for projects that balances client and agency/interdepartmental needs.
- Drafts and distributes details, clear and accurate job requests, change orders and creative mark-ups for all disciplines.
- Manage assigned team calendar, send out weekly recap/status updates.
- Ability to prioritize workload and effectively organize, while working on multiple projects/tasks.
- Provide Client Service team members support with administrative duties such has data entry, setting up meetings, drafting client emails/agendas, preparing materials for client meetings, and pulling reports.
- Manage assets such as collecting and organizing logo, images and assets from the client for the team.
- Serves as a positive role model by representing the SA’s Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge and basic understanding and administration duties.
- Knowledge of key profitability drivers for assigned clients.
- Build knowledge and deeper understanding of the client’s business and industry
- Eager to learn mentality and strong team player.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail; demonstrates commitment to follow-through.
- Proven ability to communicate marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects according to deadline.
- Requires strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong supporter of SA’s desired culture.
